Chris CameronCMG founder, Chris Cameron, is an accomplished strategic planner and producer.

He has developed and executed many brand strategies for large and small companies including McDonald's, The New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, On Track, The Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry, Unilever, Westpac and Mobil.

During his advertising career Chris was a Partner and General Manager of advertising, design and direct marketing agencies with extensive portfolio responsibilities at Mojo Partners, Y&R, WCJ, Ogilvy and DDB.

Since this time he produced two seasons of business television for TVNZ, Inland Revenue and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, which explored success formulas and resolved the issues confronting small business livelihood throughout New Zealand. This project drew extensive interest and support from various business-to-business marketers and was heralded by Massey University as the best business education product of its kind.

Chris has produced many television commercials and campaigns locally and internationally as proprietary, co-production and line production assignments across a range of topics including consumer goods and services, business to business, social marketing and advocacy. In 2009 he line produced a documentary featuring James Cameron’s technical perspective in making the blockbuster film, Avatar.

More recently Chris co-founded SnapStar Limited, (www.snapstar.co.nz) which, with his partners he takes great pleasure in growing as Managing Director.

He continues to maintain a close association with professional service firms, private sector company owners and executives and a range of senior government advisers
