On any given project we’ll work through four processes that will support your business livelihood.

  1. We'll ask you what you think you need, the parameters you have to work within and the best outcome that you expect is possible.
  2. We'll then examine the fundamentals – what needs to be done specifically, why and how the project might be handled, and whatever exists that you think we might be able to leverage.
  3. We'll talk things over, write our interpretation of what you’re after, and when that shows you we do understand, we’ll inspire you with creative ways to bring your messages, interests and business goals to life.
  4. We'll involve you in as much of the process as you need. But we won’t muck around, there’s work to do.

As our client, you will work first hand with Chris to define the scope of your needs, plan the strategies involved and establish the best path to have your strategy executed. Then under Chris’ management, you will be assigned a CMG production manager to see the work through and exceed your expectations.

We will make the time to work through the practicalities – providing tools to convert the right thinking into the right action. Whether it’s writing fundamental strategic plans, presentations, coaching people in confidence, or producing material that visibly demonstrates a helpful or persuasive offer in any media.
